Network Engineer III

A company is looking for a Network Engineer III - Optical.

Key Responsibilities

Designs and implements capacity on the DWDM network and creates engineering design packages

Collaborates with project managers to deliver service requirements and provides updates on service deliverables

Manages customer commitments, resolves provisioning problems, and maintains budgets for service commitments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Minimum of five years of telecommunications and / or data networking experience

Required experience with Optical Link Engineering and knowledge of DWDM platforms

Experience with Metasolv / M6 database

Familiarity with optical systems and project management software
