One customer, one family, one community at a time.   ABOUT THIS ROLE   Ria is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing development team in Queretaro, Mexico and working directly with the development team in the U.S.   ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Senior QA Analyst reports directly to the Software Development Manager and will work closely with the QA Automation engineers, Software engineers and DevOps engineers.
• Reviews requirement specifications, designs and develops test plans based upon functional and design specifications.
• Ensure test cases are complete and are traceable to requirements and design.
• Conducts regression testing, analysis of failures and filing defects in timely manner.
• Perform scripted and exploration testing.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues.
• Review all production release requests and provide a vote of confidence.
