Loan Processing Assistant

A company is looking for a Production Assistant responsible for supporting loan origination staff with loan setup and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering application information into the Encompass loan system

Communicate with customers, loan officers, and third parties to collect additional loan documentation

Verify loan files and ensure all necessary documentation is complete before submission

Required Qualifications

Current knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs

2+ years of processing experience

Experience with Encompass 360 loan system

Knowledge of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
