Primary Responsibilities :

• Performs non-destructive testing (Fluorescent Penetrant and Etch) based on qualifications
• Process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results in accordance with procedures
• Familiar with the scope and limitations of the method, in which certified and as directed, be capable of providing the necessary guidance to trainees and Level 1 personnel
• Familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the methods, including the scope and limitations of each technique / method
• Conduct system performance checks in accordance with applicable process standards
• Performs cleaning and inspection of aircraft airfoils according to customers' specifications.
• Identifies structural and material defects
• Interprets test results
• Completes test reports and presents findings
• Maintains proper segregation and identification of components in progress.
• Completes all required documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Engages and supports the organization's Continuous Improvement activities.
• Be proficient in handling all the equipment that applies to completing the required job
• Capable of interpreting and understanding part drawings and illustrated planning.
• Must be able to follow work instructions to ensure the proper processing of parts.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
