Title : UX Designer Key Responsibilities Lead design of intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for agency staff and citizens. Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews. Create wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes in collaboration with product owners. Collaborate with developers to translate designs into working solutions. Qualifications Prior experience in UX / UI design for enterprise or government systems. Proficiency with design / prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Strong background in accessibility and responsive design. Portfolio demonstrating UX design for complex workflows.
