As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your role involves monitoring access points, managing visitor logs, and responding promptly to security-related incidents or inquiries. You will help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment by verifying credentials and handling badge access. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are key, as you assist with directions and information while maintaining a calm demeanor. Job Schedule : DayTime Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
