Responsibilities :

This position is for an Associate. The Associate will be part of a field-based team responsible for monitoring certain client business activities across various geographic areas. This role will involve significant travel and on-site work at client offices. Strong interpersonal skills are important.\

The Associate will be a key team member for both internal and client-focused activities that require careful and precise observations and assessments, accurate and detailed reporting, and analyzing and visualizing findings and observations for clients. The Associate will report to a Dovetail Partner and will be supervised by project leads who will also provide day-to-day feedback and guidance.

Specific capabilities and / or activities may include :

• Perform live and transactional monitoring of client activities (e.g., promotional speaker programs / meals, sales calls, and HCP advisory boards);
• Support collection of observations , as well as strategic presentation to demonstrate insights to clients;
• Develop project plans and coordinate team outputs;
• Analyze and develop process controls (e.g., policies and procedures) supporting compliance and suggest ways to improve them;
• Prepare client-ready presentations, training materials, interview guides, management reports, and other deliverables;
• Support the execution of risk assessments;
• Present firmwide updates regarding external environment, team activities, and other topics;
• Communicate with clients about tactical project matters;
• Contribute to and collaborate with a busy team.
