Senior RPO Recruiter - Hybrid Richmond, VA

Hourly range - $31 to $45 an hour

This position is hybrid, onsite at the client location in Richmond, VA three to four days a week.

This position is an in house temporary, contract.

Our Senior RPO Recruiter is accountable for :

• Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients.
• Recruiting salaried Manufacturing, Engineering, and Moulding roles.
• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire / no hire decision.

Essential Skills :

Base salary range $61,575 to $90,000

This position is hybrid, onsite at the client location in Richmond, VA three to four days a week.
