Front Office Administrator

Staffmark is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join a growing medical supply company in Abilene, TX. In this key role, you'll manage front office operations, provide excellent customer service, and support internal teams-all while helping ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Pay : $15.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism
• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
• Handle billing, invoicing, and documentation with high accuracy
• Manage front office operations, scheduling, and administrative support
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams and other internal tools
• Maintain and input data in VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for reporting and daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and OIG (Office of Inspector General) standards
