As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol in Oxford, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a positive experience for all visitors and staff. This is a driving position, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare location's operations.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or identify potential concerns.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership as required.Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and supporting visitor management procedures.Support the healthcare location's policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence.Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site protocols.What We're Looking For :

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience providing customer service is preferred.Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
