Manager, Security Technology

As a Manager for Security Technology, you will be responsible for working with a variety of systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and CX-paging. You will also be managing and identifying installing contractors to work on Remodel, Expansion, New and Takeover.
What You'll Do
- Overseeing Remodel and New, Expansion and Takeover for Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Sending weekly updates to stakeholders such as AP Asset Protection, construction managers, store managers, Project GCs, and REX managers and any other stakeholders deemed necessary.
- Managing and overseeing the process of advanced alarm programming and network communication device solutions and processes.
- Resolving complex alarm, CCTV and CX communication opportunities.
- Developing and implementing high level and comprehensive analytics to find efficiencies.
- Managing security projects by interpreting, modifying, and formulating changes to specification documents.
- Communicating project plans to key stakeholders and project team members.
- Identifying and communication goals and objectives.
- Building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
- Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Completing projects on time and on budget.

This position will be based in Bentonville, AR, or the Upper Midwest, within a 50-mile radius of a major airport, and will require up to 80% travel to oversee remodel projects.
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be able to travel 80% of the time to oversee various projectsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in security systems, electronics, or related area OR 4 years' experience in security systems, electronics, or related area4 6 years of experience in emergency management1 3 years of experience supervising associatesThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
