Imaging Specialist

Location : Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Industry : Administrative / Office Support

Pay : $18.00-$19.00 / Hourly

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

About Our Client : Addison Group is working with our client to hire an Imaging Clerk. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team that supports document management, digital imaging, and record retention processes.

Job Description : The Imaging Clerk plays a key role in managing both physical and electronic records. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort with technology to ensure records are properly digitized, cataloged, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and organize documents to ensure they are ready for scanning and digital conversion.
  • Operate scanning systems and make minor adjustments to equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate data indexes to ensure consistency and proper retrieval of records.
  • Retrieve, review, and provide access to imaged files when requested.
  • Keep records of digitized materials and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Regularly check the quality of scanned documents and images.
  • Follow established procedures, performance metrics, and content management practices.
  • Update the status of assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior administrative, clerical, or office support experience required; document imaging experience preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Windows file management.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Details :

  • This is an onsite role, MondayFriday.
