IT Technician Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Technician (CGA Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve device issues for remote staff, teachers, and customers

Diagnose and resolve complex educational workflow issues, documenting all steps

Provide reliable support to staff and students across multiple time zones

Required Qualifications and Education

1-3 years in IT support or systems administration, preferably in remote environments

Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills

Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and SSO / Identity platforms

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus

CompTIA A+ certification and a relevant bachelor's degree or diploma preferred
