Financial Administrator
Working as part of a small but fast-paced team, the financial administrator is responsible for supporting the accounting operations of IntegriServ Cleaning Systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role involves maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, updating databases and collaborating with franchisees and internal teams to facilitate smooth processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess knowledge of accounting principles and be willing to drive the creation and execution of innovative ideas and solutions.
Core Duties :
- Process customer billing - create and distribute invoices, manage incoming payments, update customer account records and resolve customer inquiries.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts, resolve customer billing discrepancies and maintain past due accounts to less than 1% of monthly billings.
- Process franchise billing - create and distribute monthly statements, manage incoming and outgoing payments, update franchise account records and resolve franchise inquiries.
- Interact with franchisees and collaborate with team of market managers on a regular basis.
- Maintain all aspects of shared site and forms and streamline processes.
- Monitor and maintain franchise compliance to ensure financial practices adhere to relevant regulations, best practices and policies.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end account reconciliations and entries.
- Take an active role in continuous improvement, being aware of what is needed to keep the business healthy and what actions need to be taken within the company value system in making continuous, incremental improvement.
- All other duties as assigned.

3+ years of experience of accounting in a high-volume transaction environment.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong proficiency with technology including Microsoft products and accounting software.Experience in system transition and upgrades.
