We are looking for a dependable Virtual Operations and Data Support Specialist to join a growing SaaS company that provides business and healthcare automation tools. This is not just a data entry job youll be an essential part of the team that keeps internal operations running smoothly, making sure data is accurate, organized, and properly synced across systems.

What You'll Do
You'll manage large volumes of data, from customer and billing records to project details, using internal dashboards and spreadsheets. Accuracy is key, so you'll audit data regularly, spot duplicates or inconsistencies, and make sure everything is up to date before submission.

You will track updates in cloud-based file systems and respond to internal requests for data clarification. Occasionally, you'll assist with onboarding new team members, updating process checklists, or maintaining CRM entries.
You'll work independently but stay closely aligned with the team using tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Trello. Clear written communication is essential, especially when summarizing updates or reporting on project progress.

You have one to three years of experience in data entry, administrative work, or operations coordination. You are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets and can handle formulas without stress. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively to meet weekly deadlines.
You have a quiet workspace, a reliable laptop or desktop, and a stable internet connection. You thrive in a remote environment and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks without constant direction.
Bonus Skills
Experience with databases or CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable.
Knowledge of privacy regulations like HIPAA or PIPEDA.
Bilingual skills, especially French-English for Canadian applicants.
Experience collaborating remotely across multiple time zones.
Perks and Benefits
Fully remote with flexible daytime scheduling (must overlap core hours with EST)
Contract-to-hire potential after 90 days based on performance
Paid online training modules and access to a documentation toolkit
Tech reimbursement after 30 days
Performance-based quarterly bonus opportunities
Minimal meetings and no micromanagement
Clear growth path into quality assurance, data analyst assistant, or team lead roles
Why You Might Love This Role
You know how to stay organized and get work done without someone checking in every hour. You value your time, want to be paid fairly, and prefer a quiet, efficient work environment. If you are based in the U.S. or Canada, comfortable with spreadsheets, and looking for solid mid-level remote work, this role will suit you perfectly.
