A company is looking for a Part-Time Clinical Onboarding Support Specialist (Internal).
Key Responsibilities
Grade and provide feedback for onboarding skills assessments
Respond to inquiries from new clinical hires and escalate concerns as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to audit and update onboarding content and resources
Required Qualifications
Active clinician at the company (full-time or hourly)
Must have worked at the company for at least 6 months
Must be comfortable explaining clinical and administrative procedures to new hires
Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays
In good standing with regard to performance standards
