Automotive Sales AssociateDescription of the Role :
As an Automotive Sales Associate at Century West BMW, you will play a vital role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Your friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of our products, and ability to build strong relationships with clients will contribute to the overall success of our dealership. We are actively seeking bilingual sales associates! Fluency in Spanish and Armenian is a big plus!
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers and actively listen to their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and advice to customers
- Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
Requirements :
