Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Our School District is actively seeking a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming school year. This is an admirable school district with a very hospitable team environment! Weekly pay checks included. We are looking to hire immediately!

Location : Willimantic, Connecticut

Details / Specifications :

  • Onsite
  • October 15, 2025 - June 16, 2026

Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours / wk

  • School / pediatric experience required
  • Conducting observations, updating behavior plans and completing FBAs
  • Interview with Director
  • Travel to sites where students are having challenges and observing and offering strategies to the teacher
  • Write BIP / FBAs and attend the initial IEP meeting to review their reports
  • Caseload :

    • Special Ed program K-12

  • Experience working with children or children with disabilities.
  • Experienced with working with children with autism, prior BCBA experience preferred

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate Degree
  • BCBA license
  • Background check
  • Drug test
  • Previous virtual experience
