Job Title : Front of House Team Member

Purpose : Our goal at Chick-fil-A Moorpark Road is to “Win the hearts of the Conejo Valley”. We want to provide a remarkable experience to both our guests and our team. We are looking for a Team Member who demonstrates operational excellence, care, and team building.

Job Description : The role of a Front of House Team Member is to provide each guest with a remarkable experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, positive and outgoing. No prior work experience is required. Scheduled training will be provided.

Employment Type : Full time or Part time availability. We do not have any seasonal positions open at this time.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure each guest has a positive and remarkable experience at our location.
  • Take customer orders and deliver food.
  • Ensure proper cash management practices.
  • Be reliable and on time for your shift.
  • Stay productive when not serving guests.
  • Maintain a positive, clean and safe work environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but is not required.
