Supervisor

As a Supervisor, Retail Sportsbook at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various aspects of daily retail operations, including assisting the General Manager with devising strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Supervises Sportsbook cashiers; ensures all transactions are performed according to Company policies as well as state and federal regulations
  • Monitors all monies being wagered
  • Approves or denies wagers from guests in conjunction with the Risk and Trading team
  • Maintains Sportsbook vault
  • Conducts sweeps / bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessary
  • Monitors performance, conducts basic maintenance, and customer experience on kiosks
  • Handles escalated guest disputes in the Sportsbook
  • Reports issues and discrepancies to management immediately
  • Advises management of any operational concerns
  • Assists with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and / or scheduling department staff, as assigned
  • Enforces Company's Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintains high visibility throughout the Sportsbook
  • Provides outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • General Sports and Sports Betting knowledge preferred, but not necessary
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years of cash handling experience in a work setting
  • 21+ years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
  • Must be able to provide a high level of customer service in a very fast paced environment
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to do simple math
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

    • The pay rate for this full-time role is $23 an hour & is a benefits eligible position.
