Summary :
As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will play a vital role in administering sleep studies to effectively diagnose various sleep disorders in an outpatient setting. You will conduct routine assessments, score sleep studies, document test results, and collect specimens for analysis as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include applying recording devices to patients, ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of equipment, and maintaining the sleep lab area with minimal supervision. You will recognize sleep pathology within the lab setting and respond appropriately according to AASM guidelines, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients.
Requirements :
At least one year of experience in an established sleep center is preferred.
RPSGT, CPSGT, RT-SDS certification required.
BLS certification is a must.
ACLS certification is preferred.
Work Schedule : 7 PM - 7 AM
Work Type : Per Diem As Needed
