An innovative geospatial technology company is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a small but rapidly expanding US team based in Denver.

The Company

My client is a well-funded climate tech company with deep roots in geospatial analytics, earth observation, and satellite technology . Recently expanded into the US, the company is driven by a dynamic, multicultural team united by a mission to build solutions for the world's most pressing environmental challenges, combining a start-up feel with global reach and stability.

The Role

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for the US market, ensuring full alignment with global teams
  • Create and manage content , including case studies , testimonials, sales enablement materials, and web copy with an authentic American voice
  • Plan and execute logistics for major conferences , webinars, and trade shows across geospatial sectors
  • Track and report campaign performance , collaborating closely with sales, business development, and customer success teams
  • Work on-site in Denver at least 3 days a week, collaborating with team members located both locally and internationally
  • Interface with creative, technical, and administrative staff to support smooth US expansion operations
  • Contribute to brand-building, community outreach , and partner co-marketing campaigns
  • US Citizenship or Green Card holder - required to work on ITAR controlled projects
  • Direct experience working with a satellite technology, geospatial or earth observation tech, or disaster management (e.g. wildfires) company
  • 2-5 years’ marketing experience - generalist, not just focussed on one area
  • Adobe Creative Cloud suite expertise
  • Strong written communication skills ( content creation for web and digital essential)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, HubSpot and Slack
  • Experience organizing or supporting large conferences or live events
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cloud-native, fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Trustworthiness with project deadlines and ability to work independently
  • Ready to be in Denver office minimum 3 days per week
  • Career stability (not seeking job hoppers—minimum two years’ average tenure preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for website editing or formatting
  • Previous experience working in an international, cross-cultural tech environment
  • Comfort with both creative and analytical work
  • Demonstrated drive to “get things done” in a highly collaborative, hands-on start-up team
