Vermont PT License

\nBLS (AHA)

\n2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required

\nMust be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed

\nMust have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)

\nGraduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required

\nPrevious Rehab Experience - Required

\nPrevious travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.

\nCPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred

\nPrevious experience working with PTA's - Preferred

\nThis is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
