Responsibilities : Patient Care

• Apply general knowledge of diseases, conduct physical assessments, and monitor parameters to efficiently triage incoming patients
• Perform various hands-on procedures including but not limited to venipuncture, IV catheter placement, sample collection, intubation, radiographs, and basic wound cleaning / bandaging
• Provide compassionate and attentive nursing care to hospitalized patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by veterinarian
• Set-up, monitor, and administer intravenous fluid therapy
• Conduct laboratory tests, analyze samples, and maintain accurate records of results
• Maintain detailed and precise medical records
