Heavy Equipment Mechanic with CDL-A - $18-$25 / hr (Danville, IL)

We're looking for a dependable Heavy Equipment Mechanic with a CDL-A license to join our team! If you've got diesel know-how, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to keep big machines running, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment both in the shop and on-site
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns
  • Work on diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
  • Drive equipment as needed using your CDL-A

What You Bring to the Team :

  • Proven experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Your own set of tools
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Dependability, safety-first mindset, and a strong work ethic
