We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Management Professional to join our team supporting Fiserv's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling, accurate, and client-focused professional services proposals and statements of work (SOWs). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work that supports sales success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, write, and edit professional services proposals and SOWs tailored to client needs and aligned with Fiserv's ECM product capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with sales team members, solution consultants, and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Ensure all proposal documents are clear, concise, and compliant with internal standards and client expectations.
• Manage multiple proposal requests simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and knowledge repositories.
• Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Track and report on proposal metrics and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
