A company is looking for a Tier 1 Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets
Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking while conveying product information to customers
Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Completed Secondary Education (High School diploma)
2 years of experience in a high-volume call center
Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred
Accountability to performance metrics
Ability to work weekends
