Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a revenue operations strategy that aligns with company goals and optimizes the customer journey
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Go-to-Market teams
Lead and mentor the RevOps team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in achieving objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles within a B2B environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role
5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
