Above compensation represents total compensation. Total compensation is equal to our base salary of $145,000 plus Headlights monthly billed hour bonus. - Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $169,000 - Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $182, 920 - Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours- $203, 800 If you need any accommodations for your interview please email prior to scheduling.
