As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will engage with visitors and staff, respond to security-related events, and support access control protocols. Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeTue07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and / or hazards according to established Allied Universal protocols.

Work collaboratively with property management and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Access control and badge system experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
