Responsibilities

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Implement and maintain strong internal controls and process improvements

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects and system enhancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP / accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation

Salary range : $95,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
