Electrician Mechanic Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled electrician mechanic proficient in a range of electrical tasks, including conduit bending and installation of overhead lighting fixtures. The role involves working on warehouse ground-up construction projects and requires expertise in handling scissor lifts and various electrical components such as 3-way switches and both overhead and underground conduits.

Responsibilities :

  • Bend pipes up to an inch in diameter.
  • Perform ground-up construction in warehouse settings.
  • Install and manage overhead pipe and conduit systems.
  • Handle underground conduit installation.
  • Install and maintain overhead light fixtures.
  • Configure and troubleshoot 3-way switches.
  • Operate and work from a scissor lift safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills :

  • Proficiency in electrical systems and conduit bending.
  • Experience in wiring, troubleshooting, and installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Competency in using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
  • OSHA 10 certification is mandatory.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience with motor control systems and wiring control / panel boxes.
  • Skills in pulling and labeling wires.
  • Ability to troubleshoot using wiring diagrams.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a contract to hire position based out of Bridgeton, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
