As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist - FT in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your presence will help to promote a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Pay Rate : $13.50 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Thur 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Sat 08 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM

Sun 08 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns within the food and beverage production environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors regarding security-related matters.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
  • Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
