100-105 (filled) Beds in Facility

Admissions Required

Hospital Stroke Certified

EMR : Cerner

Board Certified / Board Eligible

Must have active MO License

Must have active DEA License

Trauma Level II, IV

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Required

ATLS Not Required
