Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician. This key role ensures the integrity of the production processes and the delivery of exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Engage with shop employees and management.
• Conduct In-Process, Final, and Initial Sample Inspections (ISIR).
• Perform dimensional inspections and document results.
• Inspect welds for cold welds, porosity, and fusion issues.
• Ensure finished products meet specified tolerances and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate documentation and checklists for inspections.
• Perform receiving inspections on incoming products.
• Suggest process improvements for increased productivity.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and internal procedures.
• Issue non-conformance reports for defective parts.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations.
• Strengthen relationships with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
• Oversee inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Manage non-conformances detected throughout the process.
