Team : Engineering
This role will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving manufacturing processes in both our core product line as well as products transitioning from R&D into manufacturing. This role focuses on ensuring that production is efficient, cost-effective, and meets quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to improving complex systems. Success will be achieved through close collaboration with all members of the Engineering and Fabrication teams.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, You Will
- Process Improvement : Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes using methods like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Design and Implementation : Design, develop, and install new manufacturing equipment, workflows, and production systems to improve product quality and output.
- Technical Support : Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams, troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production goals.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes. Participate in engineering team alignment meetings where the goals of the day and week are reviewed.
- Documentation : Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing manufacturing processes.

Experience in a custom fabrication environment a plus.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Performance : Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders.Technical Skills
Proficient with SolidWorks CAD software and typical Microsoft products.Knowledge relating to cabinet building and / or ERP systems would be a plusKnowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, welding).Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, AC / DC power, and residential plumbing systems a plus.Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving.Familiarity with automation and robotics systems.Project management and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Our Every-Day SERVICE Values
