Job Summary :

Ruggable is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Chicago, IL! We are seeking a driven and hands-on leader who is ready to grow with us as we build a high-performing warehouse team.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, managing finished goods and raw material inventory, and processing returns.

This role is an excellent fit for someone who values operational excellence, makes decisions based on data and performance metrics, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Success in this role will require strong communication skills, a commitment to developing others, and the ability to identify and escalate challenges to keep operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, returns processing, and inventory management for finished goods and raw materials
• Own and drive initiatives to improve the Returns to Inventory rate, partnering cross-functionally to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and sustain improvements
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals
• Coordinate training for warehouse personnel, ensuring strong onboarding and continuous skill development
• Monitor key operational metrics and use data to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team
• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and assist in reconciliation efforts
• Support warehouse projects, initiatives, and process improvement efforts as needed
