Overview

To supervise and maintain grounds, dock, and parking areas on hospital property. To provide for moving and storing hospital property. Maintain lawn and landscaping in a clean and attractive environment.

Responsibilities

• Install landscaping plants and maintain grounds.
• Clean parking structure, walks, drives, and grounds.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as the Bobcat, lawnmowers, power washer, truck, and other equipment used in the performance of duties.
• Move equipment and furniture for departments upon request.
• Remove ice and snow.
• Supervise employees

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $18.34 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
