Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations, focusing on improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs through the development of continuous improvement programs. This management role requires the ability to lead a team, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure seamless plant operations.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 8+ years of maintenance management or supervision experience.
• Experience in plastics or injection molding.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including all MS Office programs.
• Experience with CMMS integration.
• Understanding of MTTB and MTBF.
• Experience with 480V electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints related to hydraulics and pneumatics.
• MIG or stick welding and fabrication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00 / yr.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Benefits will start day 1 for salary. Offers health, dental, vision and HSA. They will match your contributions $0.50 on the dollar up to the following annual maximums for HSA.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Clyde, OH.
