Role Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Develop and enforce policies aligned with HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations
- Supervise and mentor medical staff, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with leadership and partners to improve system performance
- Monitor outcomes and quality metrics to enhance safety and services
- Act as liaison with managed care and regulatory organizations
- Lead efficiency initiatives through data-driven planning and workflow optimization
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation and terminology
What You'll Need
Medical degree (MD or DO) and active Texas medical license in good standingBoard certification (Psychiatry)DEA license and relevant physician permitsAt least 2 years of clinical leadership or administrative experienceFamiliar with FDA and HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and managed care structuresStrong communication, team-building, and documentation skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex clinical projectsMust pass background checks per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and HHSC guidelinesApply today for fast-track consideration.
