Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a strategic and hands-on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist who’s fluent in the world of Google Ads, paid social media, keyword development, and website optimization. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing visibility, driving conversions, and helping our clients grow their digital footprint.

This role blends paid media and organic strategy—ideal for someone who understands how SEO and SEM work together to amplify results.

Your Role

As our SEM Specialist, you’ll :

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Perform keyword research and build strategies that drive both paid and organic traffic.
• Provide guidance to optimize websites, landing pages, and content for performance and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and other search platforms like Bing and Yahoo.
• Provide SEO guidance—from meta titles and descriptions to link-building and internal site architecture.
• Run A / B testing, heat mapping, and performance analysis using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Analyze campaign results, generate insights, and make clear data-driven recommendations .
• Collaborate with content, video, and design teams to align messaging and drive engagement.
• Stay on top of search / ad trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
