Experienced Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our community. The Property Manager will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence, fostering community engagement, and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.

Core Responsibilities

• Resident Relations : Cultivate positive relationships with residents by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Organize and oversee resident events and activities to promote a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
• Property Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and groundskeeping activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance, minimize vacancies, and maximize revenue.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
• Supervise unit renovations, collaborating closely with the maintenance supervisor to ensure all items are on track for completion.
• Ensure capital expenditure items adhere to the budget forecast.
