- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define high risk hardware and features that need extensive coverage. This work translates into a validation plan that the engineering team will use to create test plans to run targeted testing during the various stages of development.
- Driving daily results, track critical validation metrics and work with engineering teams to point out high risk issues and drive those issues to closure.
- Participating in company wide channels to communicate validation status, call out critical system issues and communicate critical validation status and recommendation for production. Key Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of proven experience in Program Management or Hardware Engineering and engaging in multiple different teams
- Directly led product development cycles of Hardware Validation
- Leadership skills and ability to engage and drive issues with collaborators
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Education :
