Dynamic Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Greet and engage every patient with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanorboth in person and on the phone.
  • Schedule all incoming patients and register them in the EMR system.
  • Obtain initial authorizations from insurance companies and updated prescriptions.
  • Accurately collect and record patient payments daily.
  • Timely fax, scan, and follow up on documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evaluations).
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with therapists.
  • Route phone calls and messages efficiently.

  • Medical Front Desk Experience Preferred
  • Knowledge in Insurances Eligibility and Authorizations
