A well-established family-owned for generations manufacturing facility in Whitehall, WI is hiring Laborers to support existing operations. Position – General Laborer - Food Manufacturing

Job Location – Whitehall, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift (10pm to 6am Sunday through Thursday)

Starting Pay – $22 per hour

Required Education – High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience – Previous food manufacturing is desired

This role involves operating machinery, following safety and quality protocols, and supporting daily production needs across multiple shifts. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to join a stable, team-focused work environment. You will be working in an incredibly hot environment with strong smells year round.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow lockout / tagout procedures and all plant safety rules
  • Meet product quality standards based on established guidelines
  • Report safety, quality, and maintenance concerns as needed
  • Support the team through cross-training and daily operational tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Be committed to working 40 hours per week, this is mandatory
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Be able to adapt to working in hot temperatures with strong smells
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or ability to learn machine operations
