CDL Truck Driver / Hi-Lo Switch

Hope Network is a mission-driven organization serving West Michigan with over 2,800 compassionate professionals. We're seeking a CDL Truck Driver who is safety-focused, reliable, and ready to join our logistics and transportation team. If you have experience in semi-truck driving, freight delivery, warehouse operations, or material handling, this role is for you.

Description

What You'll Do

  • Operate a commercial truck (CDL required) to pick up and deliver freight to subcontract customers and Hope Network centers
  • Load and unload trucks safely, including Hi-Lo operations
  • Monitor shipments, trailers, and inventory for accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance using Nulogy software
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure secure transportation of materials
  • Assist team members with warehouse and material handling tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

About You :

  • Valid CDL with proper endorsements
  • Minimum 1 year of semi-truck driving experience
  • Knowledge of the Greater Grand Rapids area preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bend, stoop, kneel)
  • Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset

    • Schedule : MondayFriday, 6 : 30 AM 3 : 00 PM Pay : $18.50$22.50 / hr. (based on experience)
