Were a trusted, community-focused insurance agency in Durango, CO, and were hiring a personable, detail-oriented Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What Youll Do :

Build strong client relationships for personal & commercial insurance

Handle policy quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims

Collaborate with our Durango and Cortez teams

Ensure client satisfaction and maintain accurate records

Answer phones, mail, downloads

What You Bring :

Experience in insurance, customer service, or account management

Great communication and multitasking skills

Team player with the ability to work independently

Familiarity with agency management systems (a plus!)

Colorado insurance license (preferred, or willingness to obtain in 1st 3 months)
