The Revenue Analyst plays a pivotal role in maximizing ticket revenue across the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. This cross-functional leader is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, driving revenue through dynamic models, and leveraging data insights to optimize performance. The position sits within the Enterprise team and partners closely with Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

Beginning in 2026, this role will assume full accountability for meeting revenue goals as well as managing operating and labor budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pricing & Yield Management : Design and implement revenue strategies that maximize individual ticket sales. Support seasonal pricing and discounting models.

Dynamic Pricing Leadership : Partner with Ticketing & Technology teams to deploy demand-based pricing systems tailored to visitor trends and seasonality.

Product Innovation & Upsell Strategy : Support development and execution of upsell and combination offerings, including ticket + food & beverage bundles and dual-attraction passes.

Performance Analytics : Monitor KPIs like per cap revenue and ticket mix. Use insights to inform strategy and report on performance against goals.

Team Enablement : Collaborate with Operations to ensure frontline staff understand pricing tactics and can deliver on them effectively and hospitably.

Market Research & Collaboration : Work with Marketing to assess competitive trends and adjust strategies to capture new opportunities or mitigate risks.

Required Skills & Attributes

Hospitality Mindset with a guest-first approach.

Advanced Analytical Skills in pricing, forecasting, and data visualization (Tableau preferred).

Strategic Thinker capable of leading through influence across departments.

Excellent Communicator skilled at articulating insights and strategies to varied audiences.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and willing to learn proprietary ticketing systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience in a pricing, revenue management, or strategic planning role preferred.

Full time, Salaried position

Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE + seasonal and annual incentive up to $15,000 / year
