A Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) is needed in Paoli, IN.

This position is with a nonprofit community health organization dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple rural, but not isolated, communities.

Salary and Benefits :

• The salary is $215,000+ (4 Days) / $268,750+ (5 Days)
• Extra Compensation for Additional Duties (sign-offs, supervision, projects, etc.)
• Sign-on Bonus : $5,000 $20,000
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000
• Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance Available Day 1
• Paid Time Off
• Vacation : 4 Weeks
• Paid Holidays : 9 Days
• Mental Health : 3 Days
• Birthday
• CME : 5 days allowed and $5,000 annually

• No Weekends Except OB Call Week
