Demand Management Analyst

The work involves performing activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines : failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
Key responsibilities include :
- Aggregating demand signals for both Firm / Forecast demand to drive demand plan completeness
- Collaborating with Program Managers, Business Development, and Sustainment demand owners to capture accurate and timely forecast updates are incorporated into the SIOP process.
- Managing risks / gaps / actions associated with Demand.
- Forecasting / modeling over the lifecycle of a product.
- Aggregating LRP / Sales Plan execution risk at different business levels.
- Ensuring SIOP governance and guardrails are followed through demand entry monitoring.
- Collaborating with Production Master Scheduling to help plan changes prior to major factory replanning efforts.
- Focused on SIOP early engagement to ensure that opportunities and proposals are analyzed for supportability prior to demand creation.
- Capturing and aggregating risk and opportunities to execution.
- Managing gap action and risk tracking / escalation / closure.
- Supporting Demand Loads to ensure all requirements are loaded with full Lead Time and in alignment with SIOP simulation output.
- Collaborating with Program Managers and Sustainment demand stream owners to drive improvements in forecasting processes in support of firm demand planning.
- Overseeing BA financial risk analysis and chairs business area decision forums.
- Coordinating cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations to successfully execute SIOP process.

Basic qualifications include :
BA / BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Manufacturing Operations and / or similar field with 5+ years of related experience.Strong systems thinking : Perceives relationships among issues or problems.Strong business acumen : Robust understanding of Aerospace and Defense manufacturing processes, business models, strategy and financials.Demonstrated emotional intelligence and related skills, to include : interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration / conflict management skills, networking, influencing without authority, trust building, and change management skills.Strong resilience, maturity, and stress management.Ability to obtain security clearance.Desired skills include :

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.Pay rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
